Adv. Kayra is one of the founders of the firm. He is significantly experienced in dealing with real estate transactions and other investments starting from the very first phase of gathering the business concept. He handles the transactions by all means, including the legal and the commercial negotiation, editing and writing the contracts and the documents, which are related to the transaction, the taxation aspects of the latter and up to the last level, in which the rights are transferred and registered.

Besides, Adv. Kayra gives legal advice to financial institutions. He is significantly experienced in banking laws and execution. Adv. Kayra gives legal advice to several commercial companies on a currently base and accompanies them in all their decision making process related to the transactions, legal conflicts and the strategic moves of the company’s management.
Adv. Kayra represents the firm’s clients in various litigation files including contractual and commercial conflicts, disassemblies, legal collection and executing hypothecs.
Adv. Kayra also acts as the special directors a receiver and a trustee and he disassembles the collection processes as well as liquidating companies.
Adv. Kayra speaks fluent Turkish, which enables him to represent several clients from Turkey – both private clients and corporations, who are involved in international contracts, real estate transactions and in litigation files in civil and commercial fields.
Adv. Kayra has done his internship with the Judge of the Magistrate Court in Tel Aviv. Besides, he has worked at Joseph Mullor & Co. Advocates – Notary for almost 6 years, 4 of which he was one of the partners of the firm.
Adv. Kayra has worked as a Teaching Assistant in the College of Management Academic Studies (COMAS) for 5 years in various courses, among which was “The Welfare Economy”, “The Economical and Social Policy” etc.
In the years 2009-2010, he worked as a lecturer in the College of Management Academic Studies (COMAS) and has lectured the course “Introduction to Commercial Law” and was selected as an outstanding lecturer for a few times.
Adv. Kayra has also worked as a Teaching Assistant in the course “Constitutional Law” in Bar Ilan University during his Master Program studies in the Faculty of Law. Besides, he is a graduate of courses and education programs on real estate taxation.
Since 2011, Adv. Kayra has represented the Ethics Committee in legal proceedings.
