Adv. Yahalomi is one of the founders of the firm. He is significantly experienced in receivership and in the management of execution files including executing hypothecs of vehicles and heavy vehicles (cranes, heavy mechanical equipments etc.). He also acts as the special and a loyal director in bankruptcy proceedings and in liquidating companies. Adv. Yahalomi gives current legal advice to finance companies, credit companies, institutional and private clients in the field of merging companies among others.
Besides the above, Adv. Yahalomi is experienced in land and real estate fields in several assignments. Adv. Yahalomi represents contractors and real estate entrepreneurs in large extent projects, in purchasing plots of land for building commercial buildings, gas stations, health maintenance organizations, saturated constructions and private structures. Adv. Yahalomi is experienced in representing purchasing groups and projects for construction, combination transactions, accompanying tenants in the national outline plan 38/1, in national outline plan 38/2 and other complicated real estate transactions, real estate planning proceedings in Israel, including real estate for several different uses as in industry, commercial, residence, infrastructure etc.
Adv. Yahalomi is experienced in real estate contracts, cooperation contracts, subcontractor contracts, enterprise contracts and various registration processes. Adv. Yahalomi works in different proceedings with the planning and the municipal authorities.
